The Foundation for Addictions Nursing (FAN)
Welcome to FAN
The Foundation for Addictions Nursing (FAN) supports the mission of IntNSA. The primary activities of FAN are to cultivate resources to advance the profession of addictions nursing, develop partnerships with individuals and organizations, and, together with the members of the organization, identify initiatives to advance the specialty.
Scholarships/Grants
Each year FAN awards up to four Lois Widley Scholarships and awards one Cathy Buffington Memorial Scholarship to help cover the cost of registration to the annual IntNSA Educational Conference.
FAN also funds the IntNSA BOD Research Scholar Award for the purpose of stimulating research that has direct or indirect impact on addictions nursing.
Applications for all scholarships and grants must be in by June 1 and winners will be notified by July 1.
