Foundation for Addictions Nursing
Vision The Foundation for Addictions Nursing is dedicated to stewardship of the International Nurses Society on Addictions, and as such serves to support leadership and growth of the organization.
Mission The Foundation for Addictions Nursing (FAN) supports the mission of the International Nurses Society on Addictions. The primary activities of FAN are to cultivate resources to advance the profession of addictions nursing, develop partnerships with individuals and organizations, and, together with the members of the organization, identify initiatives to advance the specialty.

FAN Silent Auction Each year the FAN holds its Silent Auction during the IntNSA Annual Educational Conference, with the purpose of supporting its mission. We encourage and thank you for your donations and support. To find out more about this year's auction, please check back to this page often.

Lois Widley Student Scholarships Fund The Lois Widley Scholarship is awarded to four nursing students, two undergraduates and two graduate students, each year. The award covers the cost of registration for the IntNSA Annual Conference. To apply for the scholarship, download, complete, and return the application below.

Cathy Buffington Memorial Scholarship The Cathy Buffington Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one IntNSA member who is currently employed as an addictions nurse and is not eligible for the Lois Widley Scholarship. The Buffington Scholarship winner is a nurse who would be otherwise unable to attend the IntNSA Conference. To apply for the scholarship, download, complete, and return the application below.
