Registration Notes & Cancellation

Registration includes access to all events at the conference (unless otherwise noted).
All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance with Nursing CEs.
All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
Cancellations received by January 31 will be refunded, with a $50 administrative fee. Please note that registrations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
All registrations with special accessibility requests must be communicated by February 13 via the registration form.
Dietary requests must be submitted by March 13 via the registration form.
