Key Information & Submission Criteria

1. Submission Formats

  • Oral Presentations: 20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A 

  • Poster Presentations: Visual display featured during designated poster sessions

  • Symposiums: 55-minute + 5-minute Q&A multi-presenter session covering shared research, policy, or regional initiatives

  • Workshops: 55-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A 

2. Important Guidelines

  • Word Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 300 words (excluding title and author bios).

  • Anonymity for Blind Review: All identifying institutional names or author details will be removed during the abstract review

  • Presenter Attendance: All accepted presenters are expected to register for and attend the conference in person.
