Registration Rates & Tiers

All rates are listed in USD with approximate EUR equivalents (converted at ~$1.10 USD to €1 EUR).

Important Registration Details

  • Membership Rate: You must have an active IntNSA membership at the time of registration to receive the discounted member rate.

  • Student Verification: Students registering under the undergrad tier will be prompted to upload a clear copy or photo of their current student ID on the registration form.

  • Accommodations & Travel: Registrants are responsible for booking their own accommodations and travel arrangements. Please visit our Transportation & Accommodations Page for venue location details, airport transit guides, and hotel recommendations.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

    • Early Cancellation (Up to March 15): Full refund minus an administrative processing fee of $100 USD.
    • Mid-Stage Cancellation (March 16 - May 15): 50% refund
    • Late Cancellation (May 16 or after): No refund (0%)

Exceptions 

  • Name Substitution / Ticket Transfer: Substitute your registration (transferring a registration to a colleague) at no additional cost up until 1 month (May 15) before the event.

  • Visa Refusal Exceptions: For attendees requiring a visa, 100% refund minus a small administrative fee of $50 USD, provided official documentation of the visa denial is submitted at least 14 days before the event.

  • Non-Attendance / "No-Show": No refunds or credits are issued for registrants who fail to attend
